You Reach Out
It all starts with a simple message. Fill out our contact form, and tell us a bit about your organization and what you're hoping to create.

We Connect
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll reach out to schedule a quick Zoom meeting. This initial call helps us learn more about your goals and determine whether your project is a good fit for our team.

In-Person Kickoff
If everything aligns, we’ll invite you to Creative State for an in-person kickoff meeting. You’ll meet with our faculty advisers and the student team assigned to your project. We’ll discuss expectations, timelines, deliverables, and your vision for success.

Creative Collaboration
Our team gets to work — researching, designing, writing, prototyping, or producing based on the goals we’ve set together. Throughout the process, we’ll check in with you at key milestones to share progress and gather your feedback.

Feedback & Refinement
Client feedback is essential. We welcome your thoughts at every stage to ensure the final work reflects your mission and meets your needs.

Final Delivery
Once the project is complete and approved, we’ll deliver your final assets in the appropriate formats. Our goal is to hand off work that’s not just beautiful and effective — but ready to be used immediately.
